What is Chair Massage?
Chair massage is a fully clothed, seated massage performed in a specially designed ergonomic chair. Sessions last 10–20 minutes and focus on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Guests leave refreshed, energized, and cared for — making it the perfect addition to group events.
Packages & Pricing
Option 1: Host-Paid
$100 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Travel fee: $50 within 30 miles of Fairport, NY
Additional $50 surcharge for events beyond 30 miles
Payment required by credit card on file or check
Option 2: Guest-Paid
$1 per minute per participant (10–20 minute sessions are most common)
Guests pay individually at the event
Perfect for health fairs, fundraisers, or festivals
Setup Options
Chair massage only – included
Table setup (for lower body focus) – $50
Chair + Table setup – $75
Service Area
Chair massage events are available within a 30-mile radius of Fairport, NY.
Travel Fee: $50 within service area
Beyond 30 miles: An additional $50 surcharge applies
Requirements for Hosting
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following requirements must be met:
Booking and Timing
Events must be booked at least 1 month in advance
Allow at least 45 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown
If outdoors, a weather backup plan is required
Space and Setup
Provide a clean, quiet space free of foot traffic
Minimum clear area per chair is 6 ft x 8 ft
Good lighting and comfortable temperature are required
No pets in the massage area
No smoking or vaping in the massage space
Access to nearby handwashing or a sink is appreciated
Safety and Conduct
No alcohol before or during massages
All guests remain clothed at all times
The host manages the sign-up list and keeps guests on time
I reserve the right to decline or cancel if the space is not safe, clean, or suitable
I also reserve the right to decline bookings in areas where I do not feel safe traveling
